What an amazing practice! I needed to get in to see an ophthalmologist ASAP and I called here and was able to get in right away as a new patient. Each staff member I encountered, from the Receptionist and Front Desk team to the Assistants and Doctor, were so welcoming and caring. I have been seeing Dr, French for "glaucoma" at OEC for sometime now and have always had excellent treatment from the staff and Dr. French. Wait times, well yes ter is that. Eye dilation takes some time but I have waited for 20-30 minutes tops to be called back post-dilation. It seems MUCH LONGER but in my experience it has never been.
